Please remember - you will have to use the GOKI platform only for messages, to manually change the bed and to resend the code. Every other action will be automatically reflecting your actions in the CMS.
VERY IMPORTANT - you need to check the folio in in the CMS for GOKI to send the pin code to the guest.
The following steps will need to be taken if you have to change the bed in a checked-in folio (bed change during stay, issues with allocations etc):
1. Open the reservation in question
2. Change the room and bed so it reflects the new allocation in the CMS
3. Click on the 3 dots in the top right corner, select View Reservation
4. You can see the logs here and whether the pin has been updated within seconds. You might need to refresh.
If you need to resend the code:
1. Click on the 3 dots by the guest's name in the middle of the Reservation window
2. Select Regenerate SmartKey then Resend PIN email
